A leading software company is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of business-critical technology services within a key customer environment at Dublin Airport. Acting as the main point of contact for customers, operational teams and technical specialists, you will ensure high service standards, strong stakeholder engagement and ongoing service improvement.

Location: Dublin Airport (4 days a week onsite)

About the Role

A leading software and technology organisation is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery, support and continuous improvement of business-critical technology services within a key customer environment based at Dublin Airport.

Acting as the primary point of contact between customers, operational teams and technical specialists, you will ensure services are delivered to a high standard, stakeholder expectations are met and opportunities for improvement are identified and implemented.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Act as the primary on-site representative, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and remote teams.
  • Oversee service delivery activities, working closely with operational and engineering teams to maintain high service standards.
  • Develop strong product and service knowledge to support customers and drive improvements.
  • Manage service changes, upgrades and improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain responsibility for asset management, inventory control and operational documentation.
  • Produce and present regular service reviews and performance reports.
  • Operate within an ITIL-aligned environment, ensuring best-practice service management.
  • Analyse service performance data and identify opportunities for continual improvement.
  • Support incident, problem and change management activities.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience managing complex technology services within a business-critical environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Good technical awareness and the ability to quickly understand new systems and services.
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers or outsourced service providers.
  • Ability to interpret service performance data and provide meaningful recommendations.
  • Experience working within an ITIL or structured service management environment.
  • Knowledge of service reporting, continual improvement and operational best practices.
  • Experience managing assets, inventory and operational processes.
  • Project management experience delivering service improvements or change initiatives.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any required background checks or site access clearances.
