The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for the performance and achievement of TPLs within a specific area. This role involves providing leadership to a team of Health Practitioners (HPs) and non-clinical employees, ensuring compliance, consistency, and quality, while striving to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Salary: £32,000 - £34,000

This is a hybrid role involving both home-based work and presence in Hull.
