About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail driven Service Delivery Coordinator (SDC) - Minerals to support our Hargreaves Minerals operations. This role plays a crucial part in managing both the customer and supply chain experience, ensuring seamless order coordination, accurate administration, and strong commercial support. You'll help maximise operational efficiency, strengthen supplier and customer relationships, and contribute directly to divisional revenue, profitability, and long term business growth.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Carry out efficient administration tasks across commercial, operational, and financial functions.
  • Manage all aspects of customer and supplier interactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, communication, and commercial awareness.
  • Investigate and resolve customer and supplier issues, including escalations from the service delivery team or commercial colleagues.
  • Support the business unit by developing and maintaining supplier relationships, including hauliers and outlets.
  • Manage documentation, including weighbridge tickets and waste transfer notes.
  • Oversee supplier compliance, ensuring due diligence and accuracy across the supply chain network.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries relating to both operational and financial matters.
  • Provide customers with regular reporting on waste outputs, costs, and recycling performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for nominated customer enquiries.
  • Fulfil orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Field customer and supplier enquiries, resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Champion compliance and SHE initiatives, contributing to a safe and responsible working environment.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record in a commercial or telesales environment.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
  • A proactive, solutions focused mindset.
  • Knowledge of aggregates and logistics.
