Service Delivery Coordinator - Contract Support

Lancer Scott Ltd. based in Bristol is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to be the first point of contact for external and internal clients.

You will support the University of West of England contract by coordinating new and existing work orders and ensuring accurate, up-to-date information in our internal CAFM system. You will manage diary schedules, respond to inquiries within agreed timescales, and ensure work orders meet client SLAs and KPIs.
