• Planning both corrective and preventive tasks, including daily on-site duties and annual scheduled shutdowns for major maintenance.

• Assessing requirements for assigned work orders.
• Drafting work descriptions and complete purchase requests for goods.
• Coordinating the delivery of necessary goods in collaboration with the logistics planner and procurement department.
• Preparing supplies and documentation for technicians.
• Communicating with and supervising external service providers.
• Recording delivered services and goods.
• Initiating improvements to installations and contributing ideas for optimizing preventive maintenance.
• Maintaining contacts with production department staff on site.
