Service Coordinator - Quality Assurance - Grade 7 (£37,068 - £38,058)

Salary: Grade 7 (£37,068 - £38,058)
Hours of work: 36 per week / Monday - Friday

Permanent - 1position available in Quality Assurance

The Opportunity

The service coordinator role will provide high quality supportand guidance to practitioners, social workers and managers across the practice system including administrative, clericaland ICT support. The service coordinator will work collaboratively and supportively with colleagues and key partners to build effective working relationships. The service coordinator role will provide an agile and flexible response to service need and work in partnership with operational managers in ensuring timely delivery of support. The service coordinator is responsible for implementing processes and systems and ensuring governancearrangements are followed. The service coordinator will also contribute to the continued development and implementation of service improvements.

About You

We are looking for a confident individual, who also has:

  • Ability to develop and provide administrative support across the team, where needed, by finding collaborative and effective ways of working and building relationships with a range of stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Ability to support the administration process for complaints and FOI's.
  • Have a clear understanding of the SAR's process and the ability to assist with the completion of the redaction of SAR files when needed. Reporting misfiled information to enable correction of records and to support file viewing requests made by third party agencies and the police.
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify information for redaction and perform accurate redactions to Data Protection requests.
  • Ability to organise, plan and prioritise own workload including demonstrating good time management skills to ensure prompt and timely response to service need.
  • Have excellent planning and organising skills and be resilient in juggling
    competing priorities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and positively - both verbally and in writing.
