Purpose and Role

Operative support and execution of tasks of Front Office: administrative and countable activities in SAP, focused on the management and attention of clients and suppliers and their incidences, with the analysis and solution of MPC within the SSC scope.

6-month temporary contract and hybrid working model.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Reception of clients and suppliers calls (approx. 20 calls/day)
• Transference of the calls to an automatic satisfaction survey (objective: min. 50% response rate & satisfaction 4.3/5)
• Resolution of clients and suppliers emails
• Management of incidences in AP/AR and MPC (via email, telephone, e-Ticketing)
• Follow-up of incidences via Phone-Ticket (within 48h)
• Creation and update of suppliers in SAP (within 48h)
• Management of rejected invoices (within 24h)
• Countable analysis of clients and suppliers accounts
• Solution of dunning letters/legal cases
• Execution of clients dunning via Cofico / Calls for unpaid debts
• Duties on holidays when required and approved by the TL

Qualifications

Education

• Business Administration background or Tourism degree

IT Skills

• Basic level and some experience in SAP/FI
• Basic level and some experience in MS Office tools, especially Excel
