About the Role

Our operation runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across our Supermarkets, Superstores, and Asda Express locations-offering a wide variety of shift patterns to suit different lifestyles.

As a Service Colleague, you'll work across multiple departments to help keep our stores running smoothly. Your daily tasks may include serving customers at the checkouts, preparing fresh pizzas, picking orders for home delivery, or restocking shelves. Late and weekend working is a key part of the role and some flexibility will be needed.

Responsibilities

• Offer excellent customer service and welcome shoppers into stores
• Assist with sales and product availability across departments
• Support checkout operations and customer transactions
• Prepare and deliver fresh food items such as pizzas
• Pick and pack orders for home delivery services
• Restock shelves and maintain store displays
• Collaborate with the team to drive sales and delivery experiences
