Role Summary

As a Service Colleague in our store team, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience - serving with heart and pride. You'll help keep our operation running smoothly by stocking shelves, unpacking deliveries, picking online orders, and even perfecting pizzas. You'll work in a friendly, fast paced team where great service and teamwork are everything.

Key responsibilities

• Stock shelves and arrange merchandise.
• Unpack and process deliveries.
• Pick and pack online orders.
• Prepare and serve pizzas.
• Provide friendly customer service at all times.
• Support colleagues to maintain a positive team environment.
