What you'll do

• Respond to alerts from RMM, monitoring and security platforms.
• Upload patches to customer platforms.
• Remediate patch and vulnerability failures.
• Act on local device issues that could be impacting compliance.
• Remove and clean up tasks for customers, such as end of life software.
• Automate and script remediation tasks.
• Other ad hoc work as instructed by technical operations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience within a service desk or similar environment.
• Strong technical support understanding including patch and vulnerability management, Windows Server, AWS/Azure, networking, ITIL practices, backup technology and security awareness.
• Logical and thorough approach to resolving incidents and requests.
• Exceptional customer service skills with experience in supporting remote problems.
