Service Architect - IAM/CyberArk/Saviynt
Inside IR35 | SC Clearance Required | £400 - 500 | 6-Month Initial Contract | Start: January 2026

SR2 are supporting a public sector client on a major Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation initiative focused on strengthening access governance and privileged access management using CyberArk and Saviynt.

We're seeking an experienced Service Architect to define and embed service models, operational processes, and support frameworks for newly implemented IAM capabilities. This role will ensure the IAM solution transitions effectively from project delivery into steady-state service, with clear ownership, SLAs, and support integration across organisational boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end service architecture for IAM capabilities, ensuring new components (CyberArk, Saviynt) are operationally supportable and aligned to enterprise service standards.
• Design and document service models, including support processes, escalation paths, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with technical delivery teams, service owners, and support functions to ensure smooth transition to live.
• Identify and design interfaces between new IAM services and existing enterprise ITSM, monitoring, and incident management tooling.
• Develop artefacts including Service Design Packages, Operational Readiness Assessments, and Service Transition Plans.
• Contribute to governance, risk, and compliance assurance related to IAM operations.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL v4 and public sector service management frameworks.

• Proven background as a Service Architect or Service Design Lead within major transformation programmes.
• Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or Privileged Access Management (PAM) services.
• Strong exposure to CyberArk and/or Saviynt (particularly around operational support models and service integration).
• Familiarity with ITIL v4, service transition, and operational readiness activities.
• Experience designing or managing services in secure public sector or regulated environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and service domains.
• Active SC Clearance (used within the last 12 months).
