What is in it for you:

• Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 basic salary + uncapped performance bonus (OTE up to £38,000).
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (includes 1-hour lunch break-No weekend shift rota!).

What you will be doing:

• Customer Relationships: Welcoming commercial and retail clients, building genuine rapport, and seamlessly managing their service or repair journey.
• Consultative Selling: Thoroughly discussing vehicle requirements and using a consultative approach to introduce relevant maintenance packages, parts, and accessories.
• Workshop Liaison: Serving as the central point of contact between workshop technicians and clients, delivering clear, transparent updates on diagnostics and repair work.
• Aftersales Administration: Maintaining precise booking schedules, completing accurate invoicing, and ensuring proper parts coordination.

Requirements: A warm, enthusiastic personality, strong self-motivation, and a solid background in customer service or automotive sales.

This position is based in Ashford, Kent, offering an easy daily commute from Maidstone, Folkestone, Canterbury, and Sittingbourne.
