Service Advisor Apprenticeship - Brand Training & Growth

Volkswagen Group UK is offering an apprenticeship for a Customer Service Advisor. The programme combines remote classroom learning with face-to-face weeks at our state-of-the-art training centre for Audi brand certification and VWG credentials.

Successful apprentices will gain hands-on experience across departments, learning to book appointments, handle paperwork, and promote accessories and service plans, all while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
