Our client, a busy franchised car dealership, in Wokingham has the requirement for a Temporary Service Advisor with an immediate start

As a Temporary Service Advisor your duties will include:
Meet and Greet Customers
Explain to customers the work due to be carried out on their vehicle
Calling customers with progress updates and advise of any work needed
Liaising with the Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting team and Drivers
Invoicing work carried out
Invoice explanation and taking payment
Ensuring all Warranty paperwork is correctly completed
Delivering the highest level of customer service at all times

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

Recent Motor Trade Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor experience
Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:

Franchised Dealership Experience

Remuneration & Benefits

£13 - £15 per hour (dependent on experience)
Weekly Pay
Paid Overtime

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm
No Saturdays

Contract is 4 weeks then ongoing (if you would like to carry on, and have adapted to the work well)
