• Basic salary of £28,000 per year
• On-target earnings up to £32,000 via upsell commission
• Monday to Friday hours, 8:00am to 5:30pm, no weekends

• Provide expert advice and personalised customer service for vehicle servicing and repairs
• Manage service booking schedules to support efficient workshop workflow
• Upsell additional services and repair work in line with customer needs
• Ensure clear, professional communication between customers and technical staff
• Maintain accurate customer records and update vehicle histories
• Build strong customer relationships to support repeat business and loyalty

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach
• Ability to organise workload and manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Working knowledge of automotive servicing procedures and processes
• Professional presentation with strong attention to detail
• Proactive team player who consistently maintains high standards
