We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven Service Advisor to join the busy aftersales team at our state-of-the-art facility in Tonbridge.

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary face of our aftersales department. You will manage the entire customer journey from initial contact to vehicle handover, ensuring a seamless, premium experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Management: Oversee service bookings, incoming inquiries, and daily workshop scheduling.
• Consultations: Conduct professional check-ins and consultations with customers upon vehicle arrival.
• Internal Liaison: Work closely with workshop technicians to track vehicle progress and provide timely updates to clients.
• Clear Communication: Explain technical repairs, recommended work, and invoices clearly and transparently.
• Service Excellence: Deliver a first-class level of customer service that aligns with our brand's reputation.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Proven track record working as a Service Advisor within a main dealership or a busy motor trade environment.
• Licence: A full, clean UK driving licence is required.
