• Proactively engaging with customers to understand their requirements and providing expert vehicle recommendations.
• Maximizing sales opportunities through a consultative and professional approach.
• Ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and showroom presentation.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicle features, finance options, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing or sales-driven role (automotive experience preferred).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A self-motivated attitude with a drive to achieve targets and earn uncapped commission.
• A full UK driving license.
