Momentum is seeking a connected, strategic, and results-driven Growth Director to spearheadour growth across Europe. This is an important role, crucial to expanding Momentum's footprint by capturing new business opportunities, creating tailored regional strategies, and establishing key partnerships that elevate our reach across the continent.


HERE'S WHAT YOU'LLDO


Strategic Planning and Market Expansion

  • Drive the development and execution of organic growth strategies that align with Momentum's long-term objectives in the European/Spanish market.
  • Conduct market analysisto identify growthopportunities across Europe, focusing on Spain.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define growth goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics for success.


Client Acquisition, Development, and Retention

  • Lead initiatives to secure new clients, crafting and delivering impactful pitches that demonstrate Momentum's unique value proposition.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients,ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for service expansion.
  • Develop tailored strategies for upselling and cross-selling to maximise valuefor existing clients and new projects.
  • Develop business activities, including RFI/RFP responses, pitch presentations, and negotiations, to secure new business and achieve revenue targets.


Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Momentum's creative, strategy, business leadership, and production teams to align clientgoals with agencyexpertise and deliverhigh- impact campaigns.
  • Liaise with global teams to ensure European strategies are integrated with Momentum's overall objectives, fostering a collaborative and unified approach.
  • Act as a growth ambassador within the agency,encouraging cross-departmental sharing of insights and innovations.


Brand Development and Visibility

  • Represent Momentumat industry events,conferences, and withinprofessional networks to strengthen our reputation as a leadingglobal marketing agency.
  • Engage in digitalchannels to promoteMomentum's expertise, case studies, and client success stories, establishing thought leadership and credibility in the market.


Financial Management and Optimization

  • Regularly review and report on financialperformance related to business development, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet growth targets.


Data-Driven Reporting and Insights

  • Prepare and presentregular growth performance reports, using data to highlight achievements, analyse market trends, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership, offering strategic recommendations that drive Momentum's growth and ensure long-term success in Spain.

  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end sales processes, including RFI/RFP responses, pitch presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and managing revenue forecasts to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Skilled in managing complex projects and balancing multiple priorities in a fast- paced environment.
  • Excellent proficiency in creating compelling proposals, sales presentations, and business cases to attract new clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skillsto cultivate and maintain lastingrelationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Skilled negotiator, adept at closingdeals and securingfavourable terms with clients and partners.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a solution-oriented approachto overcoming challenges and achieving growth objectives.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive to identifyopportunities, take initiative, and innovate.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially in financial management, client proposals, and project execution.
  • Experience selling Creativework, with a focus on experiential, content, & commerce
