Your responsibilities Responsibilities & Activities: To commission the equipment supplied on projects in an efficient, professional, safe and timely manner To provide after sales technical and engineering support to customers To service equipment at customer premises To maintain proper records and reports of all site service and commissioning activities Adhere to the terms of the Sentinel Contract of Service Communicate at all levels both internally and externally to achieve the commissioning and after sales support objectives of the company and the reasonable expectation of our customers' requirements. Recognise, understand and resolve customer's problems and support them in a professional manner effectively acting as an ambassador for the company To carry out other duties which could be reasonably assessed as part of your role. To carry out these duties in a manner which always safeguards the health and safety of the individual and that of their colleagues.
