The Food and Beverage Assistant Role

Our food and beverage team are sophisticated hosts with an instinctive ability to anticipate guests' needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering an experience that is beyond expectation, creating memorable moments for our guests.

• Food and Beverage Assistants are keen as mustard where service is concerned.
• As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the food and beverage department.

• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential

This is a casual contract (zero-hour). Applicants must be available until late (1:00 am), thus having the ability to get home when public transport has ended.

Shifts will be scheduled throughout the week, weekends and bank holidays. (Student applications - preference will be given to students that are available through term holidays).

Our Food and Beverage Assistants could be working in the restaurant, on the bar (if over 18) or in conference and banqueting (Party Nights).
