AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations - from foundational services such as Amazon's Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), to new product innovations that distinguish AWS in the industry. As a member of the UC organization, you'll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (IoT), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS. Within AWS UC, Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) roles engage with customers requiring specialized security solutions for their cloud services.
Annapurna Labs, part of AWS, is seeking a Server Integration Lead to define, shape, and integrate solutions for our next-generation cloud platforms. Our success relies on world-class server infrastructure, handling massive scale and rapid integration of emerging technologies.
Key job responsibilities- Own the end-to-end validation and integration process for new server hardware platforms in production data centers.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering, firmware, capacity planning, and infrastructure operations to ensure deployment readiness aligns with business goals.
- Establish and monitor KPIs such as failure rates, test coverage, and integration velocity to improve infrastructure readiness and reduce time-to-market.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across vetting, provisioning, and early-life testing workflows, automating manual processes where possible.

Minimum qualifications- B.Sc. in Electrical, Computer, Software Engineering, or related field.
- At least 10 years of design, integration, or hardware system engineering experience in HW, FW, or SW.
- Over 3 years' experience with systems and their software, firmware, and hardware components.
- Basic scripting skills in Python, Bash, etc.
- Experience in big data analysis and large-scale data analysis.
- Knowledge of computer architecture.
- High-speed interfaces knowledge and debugging skills - PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, etc.
- Experience with server (x86/ARM) design or architecture.
- Experience with operating systems, boot loaders, networking, and remote debugging.
