Server Infrastructure Administrator

ISG is recruiting a Server Infrastructure Administrator for direct hire into a strategic international project.

This is a hands-on infrastructure operations role for someone with strong experience in virtualized enterprise environments, Windows/Linux server administration, and incident resolution. The environment is already in an advanced implementation phase and is moving into stabilization and controlled operations, so the focus is clearly on run, not architecture.

What you will do

• Operate Azure Stack HCI / Azure Local infrastructure
• Manage virtual Windows and Linux servers
• Perform patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management
• Support monitoring, backups, and configuration management
• Work with Active Directory and Entra ID
• Automate tasks using PowerShell
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and server issues
• Document procedures, changes, and configurations clearly

What we are looking for

• Strong experience in enterprise infrastructure operations
• Mandatory background in hypervisor operations
• Experience with Windows and Linux server environments
• Good knowledge of AD, Entra ID, and PowerShell
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Fluent Portuguese and English

• 45.000 € - 55.000 € gross annual
