Job Title: SEO Consultant

Location: Cambridge, UK

Mode of Working: Hybrid (2 to 3 days in the office)

Contract Duration: Until End of July 2026

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced SEO Consultant to support a major digital transformation programme within one of its globally recognised reference and learning products.
Search is evolving rapidly from AI overviews and query expansion to changing visibility across AI-powered tools. The successful candidate will help the organisation adapt and lead in this new environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience leading SEO during large-scale re-platforming or migration projects
Strong technical SEO expertise combined with content strategy experience
Experience optimising high-volume content platforms
Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals and site performance optimisation
Confident stakeholder management across cross-functional teams
Data-driven mindset with experience using Search Console and large datasets
Up-to-date knowledge of AI Overviews, query fan-out behaviour, and evolving search interfaces
