Skills and Experience We Are Looking For

• Degree-qualified Mechanical Engineer with significant experience in complex products across the whole life cycle.
• Expertise in full product lifecycles, from concept to production, ideally with electro mechanical systems.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast paced, agile environment.
• Experience mentoring others and shaping engineering best practice across a team.
• Ability to make confident engineering decisions, balancing risk, speed, and quality.
• Comfortable collaborating with electronics, software, and systems engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets.

The company will support relocation. It is a site-based role.
