Bloomberg Media is seeking a Senior Yield Analyst to join our Global Yield Team. This role involves working across digital, TV, social, audio, and print media assets to optimize inventory and revenue through data-driven analyses.

Responsibilities include:

• Act as the main contact for Sales, Planning, and Ad Operations teams to approve pricing and inventory across various mediums and buying methodologies.
• Analyze inventory, pricing, and revenue data to inform strategic decisions and take action accordingly.
• Identify inventory trends, develop models to expose risks and opportunities.
• Recommend pricing and inventory adjustments based on marketplace signals to optimize yield and advertiser performance.
• Manage the rate card process for multiple mediums, proposing changes based on data and market feedback.
• Suggest system and process improvements for better management of pricing and inventory.

Minimum requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in digital ad sales, including display/video, OTT/CTV, linear TV, print, social, and audio/podcasts.
• Experience in advertising, media, or finance within a global organization, with a strong background in digital or TV.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially Power Pivot and Power Query.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to handle large datasets.
• Demonstrated career growth and continuous development.

Preferred skills:

• Knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM), Operative, and Yield Analytics.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
