Senior Webflow Developer

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Webflow Developer to join the team to help lead larger projects.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

We're looking for a Senior Webflow Developer to join our team and take the lead on larger projects. You'll work closely with our project managers and designers to bring complex builds to life-cleanly, scalably, and on time.

What you'll do

• Lead Webflow builds from start to finish
• Collaborate with designers to translate Figma into high-quality, responsive builds
• Build scalable CMS structures and maintain best practices across projects
• Work with client-side teams to troubleshoot, iterate, and improve launches
• Occasionally guide junior devs or freelancers when needed

Must-haves

• 3+ years experience building custom sites in Webflow
• Strong understanding of Webflow CMS, interactions, and performance optimisation
• Confident working with custom code embeds and integrations (Zapier, Memberstack, etc.)
• Solid communicator-able to lead builds and keep projects moving without hand-holding
• Comfortable working in remote async setups

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SEO basics and accessibility
• Familiar with GSAP / Lottie / animations
• Past agency or client-facing experience
