Job Description

This role is a senior executive position with full ownership of the global marketing organization, responsible for shaping strategy, driving pipeline, and scaling revenue impact across enterprise and product led growth channels. You will lead diverse teams across brand, communications, demand generation, product marketing, events, and SDR functions, while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, RevOps, and executive leadership. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proven ability to execute global campaigns, optimize marketing performance, and strengthen enterprise engagement. You will have a direct impact on growth, market positioning, and operational excellence in a fast paced, high growth SaaS environment. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, balances strategic oversight with hands on execution, and inspires teams to deliver measurable results globally.

Accountabilities
  • Lead and own the global marketing function end to end, including demand generation, brand, communications, product marketing, events, and SDR teams.
  • Drive pipeline creation, marketing sourced revenue, and overall marketing contribution to global business growth.
  • Define and execute a hybrid go to market strategy combining enterprise sales and product led growth to optimize acquisition and expansion.
  • Build and scale a high performing global demand generation engine focused on pipeline velocity, conversion, and ROI.
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product, and executive leadership to align on strategy, pipeline targets, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Own brand positioning, PR, and communications strategy to ensure a compelling, consistent narrative across enterprise decision makers.
  • Enhance global events and field marketing initiatives to accelerate engagement and shorten deal cycles.
  • Measure, analyze, and improve marketing performance using analytics and attribution frameworks.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high performing, distributed marketing teams while promoting a culture of inclusivity and operational excellence.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of marketing leadership experience, including executive level responsibility in global B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Proven track record in pipeline and revenue driven marketing, enterprise demand generation, brand strategy, PR/communications, and SDR leadership.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast paced, high growth environments.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with Sales to drive alignment, accountability, and predictable revenue growth.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise leadership with a deep understanding of complex enterprise buying cycles.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross functional leadership skills across diverse, distributed teams.
  • Comfort with product led growth models alongside enterprise sales motions, and familiarity with martech or developer focused platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
