Senior Verification Leader - Hybrid (Dublin)

We are partnering with a leading global technology organisation to hire an experienced Senior Verification Manager to join their growing Dublin-based team. This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to drive verification strategy, lead high-performing teams, and play a critical role in delivering complex engineering programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of verification engineers
• Drive verification strategies and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project delivery
• Manage timelines, budgets, and risks
• Mentor team members and foster continuous improvement

Requirements

• Degree in Electronic / Computer Engineering or similar
• 15+ years in digital verification, with 5+ in leadership
• Strong expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, OVM, and EDA tools
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
