Senior Vehicle Technician

Our client, a reputable independent automotive workshop in Rugby, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Vehicle Technician / Workshop Controller to join their team. • Perform advanced diagnostics and fault-finding
• Conduct servicing, repairs, and routine maintenance to manufacturer standards
• Lead MOT testing procedures
• Act as the workshop's technical expert, supporting the team with complex issues
• Mentor and support other technicians
• Ensure timely completion of work and uphold quality standards
• Assist with workshop operations and technical troubleshooting

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• MOT Tester accreditation
• Proven diagnostic skills with a track record of fault resolution
• Previous experience in a senior or Senior Vehicle Technician role
• Main dealer experience is advantageous
• Strong technical ability, surpassing workshop management responsibilities
• Full UK driving licence
