Senior Valuations Surveyor - Living/Residential (Hybrid)

CBRE Group, Inc., operating in the Living sector from London, seeks a Senior Surveyor (Valuations - Living/Residential) to lead valuations for Build to Rent, SFH, PBSA, and Co Living assets. The role is full time with hybrid working from Henrietta House, London, reporting to the Operational Living Team.

You will manage valuation delivery, supervision of junior valuers, and collaboration with the London and Hyderabad teams on process quality, reporting templates, and client relationships.
