Senior Underwriting Leader - Large Corporate Insurance

NFU Mutual is seeking an accomplished Underwriting Manager for Large Corporate Insurance to lead underwriting strategy, portfolio performance and operational delivery for Property, Liability and Motor Fleet, focusing on clients with premiums over £100k.

The role reports to the Head of Underwriting, manages three managers and supports a wider team of over 45. It offers a hybrid work model (60% homeworking, 40% Stratford-upon-Avon) with UK travel to ensure strong customer and commercial outcomes.
