Senior Treasury Analyst

Our Client, a global life sciences organisation based in Sandyford, Dublin is seeking an experienced Treasury Analyst to join their finance team on a 9-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

This is a hands on operational treasury role, working closely with the Finance Director during a particularly busy period for the business. The position will play a key role in supporting day to day treasury operations, cash management, reporting, and financial controls within a global finance environment.

Key Responsibilities of Treasury Analyst

• Support daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, cash forecasting, and liquidity management
• Assist with intercompany funding activities and foreign exchange exposure monitoring
• Prepare treasury reports and analysis for senior finance leadership
• Support banking administration, including bank account management and online banking systems
• Ensure compliance with SOX financial controls and support audit and control documentation
• Work closely with finance and accounting teams to maintain strong treasury processes and controls
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies within the treasury function

Ideal experience of Treasury Analyst

• 5-7 years' corporate treasury experience within an international or multinational environment
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and forecasting
• Proven experience working within a SOX-controlled environment
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
