Job Description

Senior Training Programme Coordinator

Up to £48,430 per annum, depending on experience. Location: CB2 3PT. Includes fantastic benefits such as 33 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays), a great company pension scheme, and immediate start. This is a permanent position with a hybrid working model.

About the Role

Due to continued success, a leading organization with a mission to develop transformative leaders is seeking a Senior Training Programme Coordinator to join their head office team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project manage training programmes tailored to specific learning and strategic needs for corporate clients, delivered in person, digitally, or via live online sessions.
  2. Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager team to understand client requirements and develop engaging, innovative, and performance-enhancing programmes.
  3. Manage a team of Programme Coordinators, support their development, delegate tasks, implement beneficial changes, and promote digital literacy and progress reporting within the team.
  4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and IT to action programme requirements.
  5. Attend programmes to ensure smooth operation, engage with delegates, gather and analyze feedback, and implement improvements as needed.
  6. Work alongside other Senior Programme Managers, provide coverage and support, and assist with system changes in collaboration with the Head of Department.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be authentic, proactive, and motivated, with a natural leadership style and excellent communication skills. You should enjoy taking ownership of programmes, be tactful, confident, and capable of educating others. Support and training will be provided to familiarize you with company processes. Experience with training course creation, client relationship management, or owning a training company (preferably in the educational sector) is advantageous.
