As a Trainer at Center Parcs you are part of an international team that brings learning to life. You deliver engaging and practical training sessions - in person, in virtual classrooms, and through hybrid formats - helping our teams develop the skills and confidence they need to create exceptional guest experiences. Your Daily Impact You plan, design, and deliver training programs - from onboarding to leadership, service, and communication skills You deliver learning in a variety of formats: face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid You coach and train internal trainers into strong facilitators, ensuring every session drives meaningful impact. You adapt training content to different audiences and ensure a hands-on, experience-based learning approach You collaborate with managers and colleagues to identify learning needs and tailor solutions that support individual and team growth You contribute to the implementation of the European Learning & Development strategy and share ideas to continuously improve our learning culture Does This Sound Like You? You have experience delivering training, workshops, or coaching sessions - ideally within hospitality, leisure, or service industries You're an engaging communicator who inspires confidence and connection, both in person and online You're organized, proactive, and passionate about helping people grow and learn in a supportive, nature-connected environment You have a driving license and enjoy travelling between our park locations You speak Dutch and English
