• Define and implement brand strategies aligned with long-term business goals
• Drive sales performance and brand profitability, using the right tools to hit distribution targets
• Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities
• Proactively propose and lead initiatives that improve brand performance and business impact
• Collaborate across teams with a strong focus on results, innovation, and continuous improvement

• At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, or 3+ years in a similar role
• Proficiency in German is a must
• A valid Category B driving license
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level)
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

For legal reasons, we are obligated to inform you that the collective bargaining minimum salary for this position is €40.754 gross per year (full-time basis). However, our attractive compensation packages are benchmarked against current market salaries and significantly exceed the specified minimum.
