Senior Town Planning Consultant - Cardiff 
Lead critical projects in Wales' capital city, spanning housing delivery, infrastructure improvements, and green infrastructure strategy.
Your Responsibilities- Managing major planning applications and appeals
- Providing guidance to junior staff and graduates
- Coordinating with developers, architects, and statutory consultees
- Supporting clients through the development lifecycle
- High profile regional and national projects
- Career development into leadership roles
- Blended working model and flexible hours
- Chartered (or working toward) MRTPI
- 3+ years' planning consultancy or equivalent experience
- Confident communicator with team mentoring abilities
