Job Title: Planning consultant

Salary: £32-55k (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a variety of planning projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on planning policy and applications.
• Liaise effectively with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit planning applications and supporting documentation.
• Mentor junior team members where appropriate.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a planning-related role.
• Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) or working towards Chartership.
• Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
