Senior Town Planner - Major Applications (Hybrid)

Osborne Richardson is seeking a Principal Town Planner to join their client's Development Management Team in the West Midlands. You will lead on complex major and minor planning applications, provide pre- and post-application advice, and present reports to various audiences.
