Senior Test Automation Engineer - 3+ Months - Remote - ASAP

We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to design and implement scalable test automation solutions for complex software applications. The role focuses on building robust automated testing strategies, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring software quality through functional, integration, stress, and performance testing.

Tasks:
* Design, develop, and maintain automated test strategies across unit, integration, system, UI, stress, and performance testing
* Build and optimize test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and scalable test execution
* Execute stress and performance tests, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with development teams to improve software quality
* Work closely with developers, architects, and product management to promote shift-left testing and quality-first engineering practices
* Leverage AI-powered coding tools to automate test creation, maintenance, and optimization

Requirements:
* Extensive experience in test automation, including multi-layered testing frameworks, stress testing, and performance testing
* Strong programming skills in C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript
* Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern test automation tools (eg, Ranorex, Playwright, Cypress, GitLab CI)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a quality-first mindset
* Nice to have: Experience with AI-powered automation tools, penetration testing, or regulated environments is considered an advantage
