We're looking for a Senior Technician to join our Design team based in Norfolk.
Location: Norfolk - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
Salary: Starting from £49,000 per annum
Sector: Design - highways, rail and water

Are you
- An experienced Structural Technician who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality drawings and models?

About the role
Join our Design team as a Senior Technician and contribute to delivering complex civil and structural engineering solutions across highways, rail, and water infrastructure projects. You'll be working within a growing, collaborative team that values quality, innovation, and professional development.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Technician, you'll be working within the Structures & Geotechnical team, supporting them in delivering high-quality design solutions across permanent and temporary works. Your day to day will include:
- Producing BIM models, 3D designs, and 2D CAD drawings using REVIT, Navisworks, and AutoCAD to support tenders and project delivery
- Checking and coordinating building structures information in a quality assurance environment
- Supporting bid and tender activities, including feasibility studies and concept design development
- Undertaking site inspections and ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations and British/European Standards
- Contributing to design deliverables including calculations, reports, and risk assessments
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Technician is great for you if:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree (construction-related) or HNC/BTEC in Structural/Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction
- You have extensive experience producing building structures models and drawings compliant with CDM Regulations and relevant standards
- You're highly capable in REVIT, Navisworks, and AutoCAD on building structures projects
- You hold a Full driving licence
- You're passionate about working for a collaborative, trusted, and delivery-focused organisation
