We're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to establish and grow our Data, AI & Automation practice in Ireland. What You'll Be DoingAs a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of both client and candidate activity, including:
- Building and scaling a specialist Data, AI & Automation desk
- Winning new business and growing existing client relationships
- Developing long term hiring partnerships with technology leaders
- Conducting consultative client meetings and market insight discussions
- Managing end to end permanent recruitment processes
- Building specialist talent networks and communities
- Delivering high quality shortlists and exceptional candidate experiences
- Advising clients on talent attraction, market trends and hiring strategies
- Maintaining accurate CRM and ATS records
- Achieving agreed revenue, activity and growth objectives
You'll operate as a trusted consultant rather than a transactional recruiter, helping organisations navigate evolving technology and talent challenges.

- A technology recruiter with strong business development capability
- Someone who has built, launched or significantly grown a desk, vertical or market
- Commercially driven and motivated by long term success
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and decision makers
- Naturally curious about emerging technology and market trends
- Passionate about building relationships, reputation and expertise
Experience recruiting within Technology, Data, Digital Transformation, AI, Automation or related specialist markets would be highly beneficial. Evidence of desk creation, desk growth or market development is particularly important.
