Senior Technical Product Manager (Health Data)

Senior Technical Product Manager (Hybrid) - Manchester, M50 3SP or Angel Court, M50 3SP.

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

Role Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead the development of Bupa's Single View of Health (SVH). This high impact, greenfield role sits at the intersection of product, data and healthcare. You will define and deliver the strategy for how health data is collected, structured, governed and activated across the organisation, operating in a complex, high demand environment with senior stakeholders across clinical, commercial and technology functions while balancing short term value delivery with long term platform strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the SVH strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Single View of Health as a core enterprise platform.
• Build a foundational data product and develop a centralised health data layer, including data ingestion, standardisation and access patterns.
• Navigate and orchestrate complex stakeholder relationships, confidently challenging, influencing and shaping decisions at senior levels.
• Lead a high performing cross functional squad to deliver platform features.
• Measure and demonstrate impact, ensuring measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strategic product leadership experience as a Senior Product Manager in platform, data or complex technical domains, preferably within healthcare.
• Experience owning a domain or platform, not just individual features.
• Data and platform expertise, including building or scaling data products or platforms (e.g., data lakes, customer data platforms, internal platforms), preferably with sensitive/personal/health data.
• Ability to operate in complexity, navigating large organisations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder influence at senior level, with a proven track record of delivering measurable impact.
