  • Oversee technical, scenic, LED, and rigging installations from setup through to safe derig and removal.
  • Produce technical schematics, cable calls, floor plans, and relevant health & safety documentation for live events and exhibitions.
  • Train, mentor, and develop internal team members, including creating structured training plans and supporting technical progression.
  • Work closely with account managers, sales teams, and other departments to advise on complex technical solutions and support new business opportunities.
  • Manage event budgets, project timelines, and on-site technical delivery while maintaining exceptional client and operational standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong knowledge of live event health & safety regulations and procedures
  • Excellent technical knowledge across audio, video, lighting, rigging, and power systems
  • Experience configuring and working with LED video wall systems
  • Understanding of lighting design principles and illumination calculations
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience working with LED video walls
  • Previous experience within live events and technical project management environments
  • Ability to confidently lead crews and troubleshoot technical issues on-site
Preferred Qualifications
  • AutoCAD experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Experience producing technical drawings and event schematics
  • Exposure to exhibitions, corporate events, and large-scale live productions
Benefits
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Holiday buy & sell scheme
  • Flexi-time working
  • Time back in lieu for weekend or bank holiday work
  • Private medical insurance
  • Travel expenses covered
  • Company pension scheme
  • Monthly 1-1 development meetings
  • Clear progression opportunities after 2-3 years
  • Referral programme
  • Company sick pay
  • Free flu jabs
  • Cycle to work scheme
