We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Team Leader to join our Packing & Assembly operation in Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven people leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about delivering results through their team.

As a Senior Team Leader, you'll take ownership of safety, quality, productivity and people performance across a key production area. You'll lead by example, coach and develop Team Leaders and Operatives, and play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across the operation.
Choose from Two Permanent Shift Patterns
Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - Midnight
- £23.95 per hour inclusive of all premiums
- Equivalent to over £42kper year
Monday - Friday, 5:00pm - 1:00am
- £24.63 per hour inclusive of all premiums
- Equivalent to over £43k per year
- Lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Deliver daily safety, quality and production targets.
- Manage labour, resources and operational performance within your area.
- Drive GMP, Health & Safety and quality standards.
- Coach Team Leaders and Operatives to maximise capability and engagement.
- Resolve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with wider departments to ensure successful delivery of the production plan.
- Support succession planning, training and employee development.
- Previous leadership experience within a manufacturing, food production, logistics or operational environment
- A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
- Strong people management and communication skills
- A hands on leadership style with a passion for achieving results
- The ability to make decisions, solve problems and perform under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
