Job Description

Our client, a leading professional services firm with a highly regarded Tax team, is seeking a Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager to join their growing Dublin office. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious tax professional to work with a prestigious portfolio of Film & TV, corporate, and high-net-worth clients while delivering high-quality tax advisory and compliance services. The successful candidate will join an award-winning team with deep expertise in the media sector and benefit from a flexible, hybrid working environment with strong opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities
  • Provide tax advisory services across areas including corporate tax planning, M&A transactions, wealth structuring, and international tax matters.
  • Advise a high-profile portfolio of Film & TV clients on a broad range of Irish tax issues.
  • Manage corporation tax, income tax, and VAT compliance for a diverse client base.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development, client relationship management, and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • CTA qualified tax professional with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience.
  • Previous experience operating at Tax Manager or Senior Manager level within practice, ideally in a Top 20 firm.
  • Strong technical tax knowledge and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality client service and manage complex tax matters.
  • Experience advising clients within the Film & TV or Creative Sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Positive, collaborative, and enthusiastic team player.
Salary & Benefits
  • Competitive salary €90,000 - €100,000 DOE.
  • Hybrid working model with flexibility to work from home up to three days per week.
  • 35-hour working week with core hours of 10am to 4pm.
