Join a well-respected professional services firm in Newry as a Senior Employment Tax Manager, leading complex advisory projects and managing key client relationships.
The Role Key responsibilities include:- Leading employment tax engagements covering PAYE, IR35, and benefits
- Advising clients on reward structures, global mobility, and workforce planning
- Managing HMRC interactions and ensuring compliance accuracy
- Mentoring and supporting the professional development of junior staff
- Contributing to business development and client service excellence
- Playing a key role in shaping the firm's growing employment tax function
You will:
- CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with solid employment tax experience
- Excellent technical knowledge of employment status, PAYE, and benefits-in-kind
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commercially astute, proactive, and collaborative
- Ambitious and eager to succeed by creating value for clients and the team
