This position is perfect for someone with a strong grounding in corporate, personal or mixed tax who is ready to take on larger clients, more international work, and bigger responsibilities-within a supportive, well-structured team environment.

You'll gain exposure to a wide spectrum of tax matters: from business structuring and partnership taxation to personal tax planning, trusts, and investment vehicles. This is your chance to work on intellectually stimulating work in a highly dynamic sector.

Leading delivery of complex tax advisory projects for financial services clients and private capital structures

Managing key client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser on a range of UK and international tax matters

Supervising, coaching, and developing more junior team members

Contributing to team strategy and supporting the operational development of a fast-growing business unit

Playing a visible role in business development and contributing to client pitches and proposals

Collaborating across departments and with international colleagues on multi-disciplinary projects

We're particularly interested in professionals who are currently working in smaller firms or specialist practices and are now looking to expand their experience, work with larger clients, and develop their leadership capabilities in a bigger environment.

ACA / CTA / equivalent tax qualification, or significant experience in practice

Strong grounding in UK corporate, personal, or mixed tax - especially for OMBs or private clients

Experience managing a portfolio of clients and delivering advisory work

Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness

A track record of mentoring or supervising more junior team members

A collaborative and inclusive approach to leadership
