Your Responsibilities Tax - Law - Lawyer - International Tax - Advisory

• Provide strategic tax advice to international and local clients, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg and European tax regulations.
• Handle complex tax structuring, due diligence, and transactional tax matters across multiple industries.
• Work closely with high-profile clients, including fund managers, corporate groups, and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with specialized teams in Luxembourg and across Europe to deliver tailored tax solutions.
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes and contribute to the firm's thought leadership on tax matters.
  
  

Profile and Career Path Tax - Law - Lawyer - International Tax - Advisory

• Qualified lawyer admitted to a European Bar (List I, II or IV in Luxembourg).
• At least 5 years of experience in tax law within a law firm or a tax advisory firm in Luxembourg.
• Fluency in German and English is essential (French would be an asset).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex tax matters and provide strategic advice.
• You have strong relationship-building skills with clients and are meticulous, always focusing on delivering high-quality work.
