Own full-cycle hiring for corporate/office roles

Source smartly and build solid pipelines

Partner with hiring managers & shape the process

Use data to drive smarter decisions

Improve candidate experience across the board

What You Bring

5+ years' experience in office/corporate function recruitment

Fluent Dutch & English (German = bonus!)

Experience in fast-paced or e-com environments

On-site hybrid availability near Venlo

Confident communicator and stakeholder partner

Knows the Dutch market inside out

This is not a remote role - hybrid presence is essential.
