Senior Talent & Delivery Director

Overview

A growing international organisation is seeking a Senior Talent & Delivery Director to lead talent acquisition, workforce strategy, digital transformation, and Agile delivery initiatives across multiple regions. This is a senior leadership role combining recruitment excellence, programme delivery, and organisational change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, specialist, and executive-level positions.
• Develop scalable talent acquisition strategies to support business growth.
• Improve recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate experience.
• Drive digital and product initiatives, including ATS, CRM, AI, and SaaS platforms.
• Act as Product Owner, managing backlogs, sprint planning, and delivery roadmaps.
• Lead organisational transformation, process improvement, and change-management programmes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across HR, technology, operations, and business functions.
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing recruitment and delivery teams.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and workforce planning expertise.
• Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and diversity & inclusion standards.

Ideal Background

• Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Leadership, Programme Delivery, or Business Transformation.
• Strong track record of hiring across technology, digital, financial services, healthcare, consulting, or public sector environments.
• Experience managing international recruitment programmes and distributed teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, and PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Experience with ATS/CRM platforms, digital products, AI-powered solutions, and process automation.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Data-driven approach with experience producing reporting, analytics, and workforce insights.
